Join established team of 6 oncologists in growing practice 4.5-day clinic schedule with favorable 1:7 - 1:8 call rotation 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient mix with minimal call requirements 1:1 support staff ratio with advanced practice provider support Established patient base with strong internal referral patterns Epic EMR system in place for streamlined workflow Qualifications
