Associate Aircraft Sales Director
to join our high-performance team. This is an entry-level sales leadership opportunity designed for ambitious professionals eager to learn the aircraft brokerage business, guided by senior sales mentors with decades of experience. You’ll work directly with jet buyers and sellers, manage aircraft sales transactions, and gain the skills to build your own book of business in an industry where one deal can change your career trajectory. What You’ll Do
Build client relationships : Develop and maintain strong connections with aircraft owners, operators, and buyers to generate new business opportunities. Guide aircraft decisions : Understand client missions, goals, and desires to recommend the right business jet or turboprop solution. Manage full transactions : Oversee the sales process from first contact to closing—including negotiations, contracts, and aircraft delivery. Leverage mentorship : Learn side-by-side with senior sales staff to gain deep knowledge of aircraft operations, management, and transaction strategies. Become a market expert : Track aircraft values, listings, and sales in your territory to provide clients with timely, data-driven insights. Prospect daily : Identify potential listings, off-market aircraft, and qualified buyers through calls, emails, and industry databases (AMSTAT, JETNET). Represent The Jet Agent : Attend conferences and industry events to expand your network and elevate your reputation as a trusted aviation advisor. Contribute to deliverables : Create client-ready presentations, financial models, and market reports to support multi-million-dollar decisions. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Aviation, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales, aviation, or a related industry. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. A proactive, competitive spirit with the drive to win business and close deals. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
