What You’ll Do

Drive new business : Develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and buyers to generate new opportunities. Lead the sales process : Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from first contact through negotiations, contract management, and aircraft delivery. Deliver expert guidance : Provide clients with market insights and trusted advice to help them make confident acquisition and sales decisions. Stay ahead of the market : Track aircraft values, listings, and trends in your territory to provide clients with real-time, data-driven intelligence. Build industry presence : Expand your professional network through daily prospecting, client outreach, and attendance at key aviation conferences and events. Unlock off-market opportunities : Identify hidden aircraft listings and motivated buyers through research and databases such as AMSTAT and JETNET. Create client deliverables : Prepare compelling presentations, financial models, and market reports that support successful transactions. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Aviation, or related field. 4+ years of proven experience in aircraft sales , with a successful track record of closing business jet transactions. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire trust and win high-value clients. Deep knowledge of aircraft management, operations, or maintenance oversight (a strong plus). A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to excel independently and as part of a team.
