* Direct and oversee the Registrar’s Office, Admissions Processing (including credit articulation), and the Enrollment Service Center (ESC).* Ensure all enrollment processes are efficient, effective, and fully documented, with ongoing assessment to improve service delivery and accountability.* Collaborate with Academic Affairs to ensure catalog and class schedule optimization aligns with enrollment trends, faculty resources, and compliance requirements.* Lead the development of articulation agreements and MOUs with community colleges to streamline transfer pathways and improve credit mobility.* Maintain a high level of service delivery in the ESC as the university’s one-stop student support center.* Provide strategic leadership to ensure that enrollment functions (registration, records, graduation, residency, and compliance) operate effectively, efficiently, and in support of student success.* Ensure compliance with all state, federal, accreditation, and system laws and policies.* Oversee development of compliance calendars, documentation, and staff training to guarantee timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.* Maintain strong awareness of statewide and national trends in enrollment management, regulatory compliance, and higher education policy to keep Texas A&M–SA aligned and competitive.* Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience.* Ten (10) years of progressively responsible management experience, including some supervisory experience.* Expertise in enrollment management operations, compliance, customer service, and cross-divisional collaborations.* Strong record of collaboration with Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Student Business Services, and other cross-campus partners.* Demonstrated ability to apply data analytics, dashboards, predictive modeling, and emerging technologies (including AI) to solve institutional challenges and inform strategy.* Proven leadership in managing teams, improving systems, mapping processes, and driving institutional effectiveness.* Deep knowledge of state, federal, accreditation, and system laws and policies affecting enrollment management, with awareness of emerging state and national trends.* Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and change management skills.**Summary of Employee Benefits:**
