Overview

Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy at Stanford University School of Medicine. Work with Stanford Medicine leadership to develop enterprise-wide initiatives related to clinical enterprise/service lines and establish strategic priorities translated into comprehensive strategic plans. Responsibilities

Drive key strategic initiatives from inception; scope and implement special projects and initiatives to support long-term vision and short-term objectives. Lead cross-functional programs with internal staff and external stakeholders. Collaborate with institutional leadership, hospital leadership, faculty, committees, and consultants to plan and execute key initiatives and strategies. Ensure strategic planning projects align with organizational priorities across Stanford Medicine. Work with the Dean, hospital CEOs, and leadership teams to establish and review strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans with 1-, 2-, and 5-year roadmaps and metrics. Collaborate with faculty and staff across hospitals and the school to ensure execution. Provide analytical and strategic thinking to enable teams to isolate issues, design analytics (market research, scenario planning, forecasting), develop technical content (competitive intelligence, market trend analysis), and create documents to inform decisions. Lead data analysis to support strategic and operations decisions; respond to surveys and data requests; project future trends and align resources to goals; develop strategic analytics and planning capabilities across the school. Stay current with healthcare trends and relevant regulations; align Stanford Medicine with emerging opportunities. Contribute to content for engagements with boards and committees (SHC Board of Directors, Stanford Medicine Board of Fellows, Stanford University Board of Trustees). Build strong relationships with chairs and institute directors as a strategic partner. Monitor execution of the strategic plan and evaluate progress against plans with performance benchmarks. Bachelors degree and seven years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management, or a combination of education and relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (required)

Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks; frequently sit. Occasionally stand/walk, write by hand, use a telephone, and lift/carry/push/pull objects weighing 11-20 pounds. is

$206,749 to $261,619 per annum . Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of compensation. The final offer depends on factors including responsibilities, qualifications, budget, internal equity, location, and market rates.
