Rehlko Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week from Glendale, WI) Apply to join a team focused on energy resilience and continuous improvement across global plants and operations. Responsibilities
Drive a Continuous Improvement culture within Rehlko operations, defining and prioritizing opportunities and the execution of a lean transformation strategy and metrics. Train/Coach employees at all levels on the tools and methods that support a continuous improvement culture. Deploy an operating playbook and management system that includes daily management discipline, visual management, root cause analysis and countermeasure tracking. Collaborate with divisional leaders to create a change management methodology that incorporates magnitude, readiness, communication, and leadership modeling; partner with leaders and Enterprise Operational Excellence to ensure change management gates and milestones are established and adhered to. Mentor a team of embedded plant CI Leaders across global operations, ensuring consistent execution of business processes and objectives. Lead events and workshops across the business; create and lead CI steering team, including development of a Kaizen pipeline across all functional areas. Ensure success and sustainment measures are in place and visible in the business operating cadence. Assist in the design and implementation of balance scorecard to measure KPI performance. Use data management tools to monitor progress toward goals and actively participate in strategy deployment. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, process management, operations, or industrial engineering. Experience in Lean transformation with a broad cross-functional background, and demonstrated success in driving improvements across operational processes, functional capabilities, and transactional business processes. Experience with advanced manufacturing solutions, including digitalization, automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Additional Information
