Software Engineering Manager, HAP Tech at BRG. BRG’s 340B team is part of the Healthcare Analytics practice, delivering data and technology solutions related to the 340B program for pharmaceutical manufacturers. This is a growth role to expand a dynamic product and development team. Responsibilities

Lead, coach and grow a team of 5-10 software engineers. Collaborate with leadership and key business stakeholders to prioritize and drive development and support of applications. Aid in the development and execution of the application roadmap, ensuring alignment with charter, business priorities, and customer needs. Ensure applications are designed for scale, performance, and maintainability. Promote quality-driven outcomes in line with customer focus and timeline expectations. Technical Skill Set

5+ years of software development experience in one or more of: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and/or Go/Golang. Experience with Agile SDLC, Jira, GitHub, Git (git-flow, merge, rebase, squashing, branch management), and CI/CD. Experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, Docker, and/or Microsoft Azure is a plus. Requirements

7+ years of solid software development experience. 2+ years in an engineering manager role leading a team of at least 5 engineers. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Proven track record of building diverse technical teams and supporting career growth. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with code quality, continuous delivery, and automated testing. Comfortable working in an Agile environment and driving process improvements. Experience building scalable, user-friendly web applications. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership. Salary

Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year Requirements (Legal)
