Responsibilities
Front End Manager PT: responsible for the cash office, central checkouts and customer service areas of the store. Development and direction of the PT Front End Manager is paramount to providing excellent customer service. Provide clear, concise communications with the Managers; train and cross train all cashiers to provide acceptable levels of customer service. Perform and execute all service desk and cashiering policies and procedures as outlined in the Cashier Training Manuals as well as Cash Office functions. Carry keys to the store and open and close the building as required. Provide hands-on training, multitask, evaluate and react to performance issues with strong communication, customer service and leadership skills. Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. Qualifications
Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand continuously, bend and stoop. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding Forman Mills policies, training materials, directives and other materials. Ability to perform basic math functions to operate the register, make change and conduct inventory. May be required to lift up to 40 lbs. and on occasions up to 70 lbs. from floor level with adequate fitness to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
