We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who embodies both technical excellence and a relentless drive to elevate our products. As one of our early engineers, you will play a large role in building our first customer-facing product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality frontend and backend software solutions.
Take full ownership of projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring robustness, scalability, and minimal technical debt.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
Proactively improve existing systems, anticipating high-value projects and executing them autonomously.
You Are A Good Fit For This Role If
You have a strong bias for speed and action. You ship high-quality products daily, independently resolving bugs and roadblocks
You demonstrate exceptional proactivity in system and process improvements, autonomously executing high-value projects and delivering comprehensive solutions for large problems.
You are knowledgeable about tools and strategies for quality product development, capable of independent project architecture with occasional support.
You are a team player who isn’t afraid to work cross-functionally and exercise their product thinking skills
You solve problems with first principles thinking and always come with solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in full-stack development. Particularly, significant experience leading projects.
Strong knowledge of CS fundamental concepts and web development
Familiar with languages like JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL databases, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, GCP
Highly comfortable with LLM prompt engineering in production software systems
Proficiency in designing scalable, robust, and efficient software architectures. This includes making decisions about the overall structure of the application, selecting appropriate design patterns, and foreseeing potential future needs or changes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
