The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the our Salesforce platform to support our sales', service, installation, and customer support teams. This role will ensure the data integrity and system functionality are maintained while identifying opportunities for process improvements to drive business success.

Duties and Responsibilities

System Management and Maintenance

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (and integrations), ensuring system efficiency and data integrity

Manage user accounts, including setting up new users, roles, profiles, and permissions

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

Data Management

Perform regular data audits and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Oversee data import/export processes and manage data migration activities

Process Improvement

Identify and implement system enhancements and process automations to improve user experience and business operations

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Training and Support

Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance their understanding and use of the platform; effectively communicate changes and best practices

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials

Reporting and Analytics

Create and manage customer reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance

Work with management to develop strategic reporting and metrics

Security and Compliance

Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures; manage data security and access controls in collaboration with IT as needed

Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient system

Skills and Specifications

Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, data management, and system configuration

Strong analytical skills and ability to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and training skills to support users and stakeholders

Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications

Education and Qualification

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in Salesforce Administration
