Director, Commercial Finance What We’re Looking For
Requirements: 3–5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning systems. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner across departments. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Additional skills: Experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, or high-growth industries a plus. Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Planful, etc.). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis support for Corporate and RSG. Develop and maintain scalable financial models, budgets, and reporting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership. Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems. Support long-term strategic planning and ad hoc financial projects. Prepare executive-level presentations to inform decision-making and track business performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives. Interview Process
