Member Counselor

Location: Columbus, OH, United States Date Posted: Oct 8, 2025 Member Services Counselor – Columbus, OH (Hybrid) This is a customer service-oriented position representing OPERS. The Member Services Counselor will provide information for members, benefit recipients, and others regarding OPERS benefits and services, answer inquiries, and solve problems. This position will work to perform all duties with a high degree of commitment to accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
