As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will receive dedicated and personalized classes and then be taught foundational skills to be an advisor—acquiring, building and managing client relationships, considering a client’s complex financial picture, and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions. Once licensed, you will begin working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. We will equip you with the tools you need as you move through the stages of development. Responsibilities
• Obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66; 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66) and complete the SAFE Act registration process within specified timeframes. • Build and manage client relationships, identify client needs, and provide suitable financial solutions. • Deliver end-to-end comprehensive advice, conduct client reviews/presentations, and help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. • Start in a financial center and collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. • Progress through career stages, including advancement to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and opportunities to grow within Bank of America and Merrill through training and Academy-supported programs. • Maintain a client-centric, compliant approach in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technology and processes. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions. Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment. Executes multiple tasks simultaneously. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. 40 Pay Transparency details Pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly. Offers determined based on experience, education and skill set. This role is base salary, not incentive eligible.
