This position is for a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) in the Portland metro area with multiple listed locations.

As an advisor, you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses with dedicated classes for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams, and then develop the foundational skills to advise clients, build relationships, and provide solutions to help them meet financial goals. After achieving milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and client care. The Academy will support you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. Role progression

Upon successful licensing as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to grow relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy will provide ongoing training, tools, and resources to support advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet diverse financial needs. Build a network starting in a financial center by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients. Meet regulatory and licensing requirements as you progress through the program (SIE, Series 7, Series 66; or acceptable alternatives). Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses; self-discipline in time and capacity management; experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying needs; strong communication and collaboration to build peer relationships; a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment; ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills

Earn and obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within specified timelines after hire; 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66. Training and study time are provided, and licensure is required for role advancement. Pay, Benefits, and Employment Details

Washington pay range:

$28.85 - $33.65 hourly pay; offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
