Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting for full-time (1.0 FTE)
Primary Care Physicians
(Kent Station and Fairwood) to join our established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based and we serve a diverse group of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Clinics Overview
Schedule – M-F, No weekends
Call – Robust call group with RN assistance
Patient per day - ~20 average
Providers – 5 Physicians and 2 APPs
Phlebotomy – on site
Qualifications
BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Base Salary Range
- $270,000 - $325,000. Compensation Package includes productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
Valley Medical Center offers valuable healthy living benefits including group medical insurance, group dental insurance, a 403(b) Retirement Plan, life and AD&D insurance, supplemental life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, supplemental long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, carpool incentives, parking, bereavement leave, jury duty, and an employee assistance program. You may also be eligible to receive 76 hours of sick leave, 7 days of holiday leave, and 2 floating holidays throughout the calendar year.
