Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers
Source and present high-caliber candidates across HR specialties
Leverage Crucial Hire’s 20-year warm network while developing your own
Collaborate directly with our Founder on key accounts and growth strategy
What you bring: 1–10 years of
agency recruiting experience
(HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related)
A proven record of follow-through and measurable results
Consultative sales skills—you speak to business impact, not just job specs
Professional maturity and commitment to long-term success with one firm
We offer: Uncapped commission
with a high payout structure
