What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
Accurately document interactions using CRM systems
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
Uphold company standards for quality and compliance
Previous call center experience is required (minimum 4 years)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient with computer systems and multitasking
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
