Job purpose The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, generating reports, supporting multi-state facilities, and leading HRIS-related projects and initiatives. Additionally, this role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in ADP Workforce Now and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize HR processes and data management. Duties and responsibilities Administer and maintain ADP Workforce Now platform Ensure data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and system updates. Manage user access, roles, and permissions across HR systems. Provide technical support and training to HR team members and end-users. Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards. Analyze HR data to support compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure HRIS configurations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states. Support HR operations for various facilities, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Serve as an internal expert on ADP Workforce Now functionality, updates, and best practices. Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features. Liaise with ADP support and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Lead and manage HRIS-related projects and initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful execution. Partner with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments to align HRIS capabilities with business needs. Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, policies, and procedures. Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend improvements. Support compliance audits and data requests from internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures. Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation survey data (e.g. Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson). Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends, equity issues, and opportunities for improvement. Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and salary planning. Prepare compensation related reports and presentations for HR leadership and business partners Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and equitable job offers Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required. 3–5 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with ADP Workforce Now. Experience supporting multi-state HR operations. Proven track record of managing HRIS projects and system implementations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and HR data analysis Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR compliance and data privacy regulations. Supervisory Responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours The ability to use arms/hands/fingers to feel and reach Must be able to hear and talk to communicate with customers Must be able to push/pull/ lift at least 45 lbs. individually and 50 lbs. with the help of a team member.
