Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and client-focused
Client Partner
with proven experience in the
Manufacturing and Industrial sector , ideally with past engagement at
OTIS, UTC (United Technologies Corporation), or similar organizations . The ideal candidate will come from a
consulting-led IT services background , with a strong track record in delivering digital transformation, engineering solutions, and enterprise IT modernization for manufacturing clients. The role requires a hunter mindset-someone who can identify and close new opportunities, grow strategic accounts, and build lasting senior-level relationships across both IT and operational business units within large industrial enterprises. Sales & Account Growth
: Lead strategic growth initiatives within OTIS/UTC or similar manufacturing clients by identifying white space, acquiring new logos, and expanding service offerings across engineering, IT, and digital functions. Client Engagement
: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, Heads of Engineering) to position offerings aligned with manufacturing priorities such as smart factory initiatives, operational efficiency, and digital engineering. Consulting-led Solutioning
: Collaborate with internal consulting, technology, and delivery teams to co-create solutions in areas like ERP transformation (SAP/Oracle), product lifecycle management (PLM), IoT/Industry 4.0, cloud adoption, and AI-driven manufacturing analytics. Industry Expertise
: Stay abreast of trends and challenges in manufacturing and industrial sectors such as supply chain digitization, predictive maintenance, factory automation, and sustainability initiatives. Represent the company in industry forums and conferences. Pipeline & Forecasting
: Own the sales pipeline and end-to-end pursuit process-drive lead qualification, proposal creation, pricing strategy, and closure of large-scale transformation engagements. Strategic Relationship Management
: Leverage existing networks and industry relationships to unlock new opportunities within OTIS/UTC and similar accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with solution architects, practice leaders, and delivery executives to ensure seamless project execution and ongoing client satisfaction.
