to lead and grow our well-established location in the

market. This position requires a minimum of 9 years of banking/commercial lending experience, including at least 3 years of direct supervisory or leadership experience. The role demands a thorough understanding of the banking system, credit evaluation, regulatory laws and changes, financial management skills, and community banking needs. Residency within the community the bank serves—specifically, in or within minimal distance outside Cannon Falls—is required.
