Sr. Director Strategic Transformation Enterprise Integration Programs. Position Status : Full-time, Day Shift Position Location:
Hybrid, Hampton Roads Standard Working Hours : 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET). The Sr. Director Strategic Transformation Enterprise Integration is an experienced healthcare leader specializing in large-scale integration programs across health plans, hospitals, physician networks, and ancillary services within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Proven track record in leading post-close execution, and enterprise transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical alignment, and cultural integration. Passionate about building scalable frameworks that support growth, enhance care delivery, and drive measurable value. Responsibilities: Lead integration of health plans, hospitals, physician groups, and service lines across the IDN. Align clinical, operational, and financial goals with enterprise integration strategy. Oversee integration post-close execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical ops, IT, HR, finance, etc.) for smooth transitions. Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA,etc.) during all phases. Drive cultural alignment, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor KPIs to track performance, value realization, and care continuity. Develop scalable integration frameworks for future growth.
