Oversee daily station operations including financial, customer service, and operational performance. Manage and communicate the Safety Management System (SMS) and station safety plan. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and FAA/TSA regulations. Provide Quality Assurance oversight for performance and safety, implementing corrective/preventative actions. Train and retrain personnel on airline/airport procedures, safety, and company policies. Serve as liaison between airport/airline managers, FAA representatives, and the company. Monitor employee performance, provide counseling, and handle employee relations. Prepare and submit FAA and company reports. Conduct quality assurance audits and analyze audit trends. Ensure safety compliance and provide necessary resources (PPE, safe equipment). Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:
3-5 years of general management experience in aviation Previous below-the-wing experience (ramp, cargo/baggage, ground operations, etc.) Reliable transportation to/from the airport Excellent communication skills with partners and team members Strong leadership, training, coaching skills, and staff management experience Does this sound like a great fit?
