Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily station operations including financial, customer service, and operational performance. Manage and communicate the Safety Management System (SMS) and station safety plan. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and FAA/TSA regulations. Provide Quality Assurance oversight for performance and safety, implementing corrective/preventative actions. Train/retrain personnel on airline/airport procedures, safety, and company policies. Serve as liaison between local airport/airline managers, FAA representatives, and the company. Monitor employee performance, provide counseling, and handle employee relations. Prepare and submit required FAA and company reports. Conduct quality assurance service audits and analyze audit trends. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and provide necessary resources (PPE, safe equipment). Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 3-5 years of general management experience in aviation Previous below the wing experience required (i.e. ramp, cargo/baggage, ground operations, etc.) Reliable transportation to/from the airport Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners and team members Strong leadership abilities, training and coaching skills, and experience in managing a staff schedule Does this sound like a great fit?
