Effective leaders at Gothic are characterized by: Integrity, drive, endurance, and enthusiasm Building effective teams with strong ethical character Doing what’s right for our clients and employees This position is located in Palo Alto, CA Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the Palo Alto operations to achieve quality, retention, growth, and profitability goals Providing the operations team with necessary tools, including personnel, equipment, and budgets Inspecting jobs to assess quality and overseeing team building, training, and development Engaging with clients through various channels and ensuring prompt response to requests Aligning team understanding of company and departmental objectives Developing bench strength within the team and promoting from within whenever possible Partnering with the Business Developer to expand market reach Preparing annual, monthly, and weekly business plans Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (highly preferred) At least 5 years of landscape experience, including 3 years in leadership roles Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Extensive client management and problem-solving experience Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary annually (depending on skills, experience, and location) Additional year-end bonus potential based on performance Perks include: Healthcare and 401K match programs Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Company-provided vehicle, cell phone, and laptop Fast-paced, engaging work environment with work-life balance Training, certification, and career advancement opportunities Culture that fosters growth, longevity, and loyalty Join us at Gothic Landscape — your success is our success.
