We leverage deep domain expertise to streamline grant monitoring processes, mitigate risks, and enhance transparency. Key Responsibilities

Search Requests for Proposal (RFP) for relevant procurement opportunities. Host weekly RFP meetings to present potential new opportunities. Conduct industry, client, and competitive or incumbent research and analysis to support sales and marketing efforts. Work closely with the proposal writer to develop top-notch proposals. Assist in identifying and obtaining subcontractors or partners needed to meet set-aside or expertise requirements of the RFP. Connect with potential clients to understand RFP needs, including pre-proposal conferences. Analyze data in the grants industry to quantify market size. Conduct special research projects relevant to procurement. Manage Freedom of Information requests. Assist with marketing and sales presentations or activities. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it. Capture lead information during reviews and research on RFPs, grants.gov, and state agencies to upload into Zoho for outreach. Research “lost” leads and enter updated contact information into Zoho CRM. Other sales and marketing support activities, as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in government, market research, or a related business, communications, or social science field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of experience in researching and identifying appropriate government RFPs. 2-3 years of experience in capturing and winning government business development opportunities with an emphasis on opportunity qualification. Have a proven track record of successful opportunity sourcing and capture management. 2-3 years of experience working with GovWin, Bid Prime, Bid Buy, or other government bid and procurement systems. Familiarity with federal government acquisition. Familiarity with grants is a plus. Experience in Zoho or a similar customer relationship management system. Experience with Leadership Connect, Gemini, or Google Workspace is a plus. Strong research skills. Must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Must be a self-motivated, organized individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize meeting critical deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with clients. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
