Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software, and services across Ford Blue, Model e, and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air) experiences that improve over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize vehicle functionality, user interaction, and value.

In this position... Ford is #1 in commercial vehicles in North America and the #1 brand in Europe, but our services business is nascent – presenting a huge opportunity to build a new market leader.

Ford’s Telematics product has been in the market for several years and is experiencing rapid growth, with significant room to influence its strategy, features, and user experience, leading the team through a period of breakout growth.

Ford has embedded high-quality modems into all commercial vehicles since 2020, creating a base of connected vehicles and differentiating from aftermarket competitors.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work 4 days a week at either the Palo Alto, CA or Dearborn, MI office. Candidates within 50 miles of these locations are required to work onsite at least 4 days a week.

Qualifications You'll have...

7-10 years as a product manager, with successful product launches, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-heavy products

3+ years as a group leader or senior technical product manager overseeing multiple domains

A portfolio demonstrating intellectual property and innovative solutions at scale

Proven problem-solving and delivery track record

Experience with digital interfaces (web, mobile, infotainment, TV)

Experience impacting millions of endpoints or customers

Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations

Passion for customer service

Bachelor's degree required

Willingness to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA or Dearborn, MI

Even better, you may have...

Master's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience with fleet management and data-driven products

Academic or work background in engineering
