Keeping our **learning management system** (LMS) up to date will be part of your daily rhythm, helping us stay organized and forward-thinking.This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys traveling, connecting with people, and driving performance through learning.Experience with **e-learning systems** is part of your toolkit, helping you manage and deliver training in a modern, scalable way.And finally, you're someone who enjoys being on the move—**ready to travel** and connect with teams wherever they are.To thrive in this role, you bring a solid foundation—your **higher education** has equipped you with the tools to think strategically and act confidently. With at least **three years of experience** as a trainer, you know how to inspire and guide others, especially within the fast-paced world of **FMCG.**You’re familiar with the **7-step visit** principle and know how to apply it effectively in the field. **Presenting** comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable designing and delivering impactful training sessions that stick.
