- Dedicated In-House Support Teams (Marketing, Accounting, Maintenance, HR, Payroll, Benefits)
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team engagement
- Maintain operational excellence in service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards
- Analyze financial reports and assist in driving profitability
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
- 2-4+ years of restaurant management experience (casual fine dining or upscale casual preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
- Experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Working knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L management, labor cost control, etc.)
- Ability to build a positive, team-driven workplace culture
