Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats; communicate clearly and adapt style to solve problems, using excellent phone skills and conflict resolution.
• Use systems to manage the customer flow and deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
• Maintain service vows: Be Prepared, Welcoming, meet customer needs, and complete operational checklist tasks to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to store goals for Five-Star Customer Service.
• Proactively address customer concerns, escalate when needed, and partner with the leadership team.
• Explain how alterations can contribute to perfecting the dress in partnership with Alterations; promote alteration services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience and adhere to the Dress Code policy.
• Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information; build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Engage in inventory procedures, process orders, receive merchandise, and ensure first-quality standards.
• Support cash wrap processes with accurate transactions and assist with sales promotions and visual updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or a specialty store environment.

Compensation

Starting pay range: $12-15/hr, varies by position, location, experience, and internal equity. See posted location for specifics.
