What you’ll be doing The Manager of Local Campaign Management is the primary contact for Ampersand’s Local Campaign Management team, providing supervision and guidance. You will work with the team to ensure operational excellence on post-sale transactions, including campaign launches, in-flight maintenance, delivery reporting, and monthly billing. You will interface with stakeholders across functions, identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure adherence to business protocols.
How you’ll be contributing
Lead and support the Campaign Management team in stewarding Ampersand’s local and data-driven TV business from order entry to invoicing; ensure proper campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
Implement checks and best practices to meet client expectations; coordinate with General Sales Managers and Sales on account/campaign specifics, timelines, and deliverables.
Guide Campaign Managers in troubleshooting complex issues and campaign/billing discrepancies. Participate in staff planning and workload distribution; align resources to support team needs and coordinate with People Ops to hire and onboard new employees.
Promote continuous learning and teamwork; document processes and assist with training materials.
Collaborate with Operations, Product and Engineering teams to identify process improvements and implement efficiencies through technology or workflow changes.
Drive team efficiency to meet SLAs and key business metrics.
Partner with MVPD on campaign expectations and opportunities for stewardship improvements; strengthen cross-team relationships.
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Ability to work with limited direction and guidance on new assignments.
Nice to have
Knowledge of advertising, media, and proficiency in Ampersand applications and systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
