Design and sell cabinetry for projects ranging from basic vanities to high-end custom kitchens Welcome customers, discover their needs, and provide design solutions Educate clients on cabinet offerings and guide them toward the best fit Use 2020 Design Software to create personalized cabinet layouts Prepare detailed drawings for clients and installers Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring outstanding customer service Build long-term client relationships that create customers for life Collaborate with store team to achieve shared goals Follow up with professionalism and timeliness on all client requests Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of cabinet sales and 2020 Design experience Strong communication and customer service skills A detail-oriented, self-motivated approach A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $42,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience and performance) Base pay for first 6 months and then base + commission Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with retirement plan options PTO and vacation time Paid holidays Health savings and flexible spending accounts Employee discounts About Us
