Interim Director of Nursing

Lead a team of experienced nurse leaders in the clinical operations of the facility. Demonstrate reliability and lead by example; willing to train the right candidate with support from a strong corporate team already in place. Qualifications
Active Registered Nursing License with 2-5 years of nursing leadership experience. Knowledge of long-term care and the regulations associated with the healthcare industry. Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve and identify clinical solutions in the best interest of residents. Positive attitude and strong leadership skills. Physical Requirements
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day; proper body mechanics required—bending, stooping, turning, stretching, reaching above the shoulders. Must be able to cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the position. Must be able to observe, listen, and communicate effectively. Must function independently with flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agencies. Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and occasionally hostile individuals within the facility. Employment details
