Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos Use innovative software for precise measurements Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections – no need to get on the roof Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs Requirements
No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training Midday, evening, and weekend availability Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to in-home appointments Compensation and Benefits
Uncapped commissions with weekly pay; average around $2,500 per sale, plus monthly bonuses Potential earnings of $125,000 – $250,000+ per year $3,000 quick start paid during early intervals Leads provided; focus on closing deals from pre-qualified appointments W-2 employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with company match Exclusive military benefits: tenure-based bonuses and annual retreat Ongoing training and career development Additional Details
