Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. Work on core modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog), ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), ITAM (Asset CMDB Management), and ITBM (Project Portfolio Management). Build workflows, automation, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Perform system administration tasks including user management, roles, and access control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions. Maintain platform stability, handle upgrades, and create technical documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 0–4 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow. Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies). Familiarity with Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist. Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments. Knowledge of integrations with tools like Jira, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. Why Join Us
