Temporary Job Summary
The Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) department is seeking a Temporary Employee Relations Specialist to join the team. Responsibilities include: Meet and counsel staff and supervisors on employee relations matters. Collect information, review complaints and grievances filed by employees and/or supervisors. Recommend resolution strategies for complaints and/or grievances filed. Conduct internal investigations to determine if a violation occurred. Report investigation findings and consult with ELR Director or designee on findings. Provide recommendations for corrective action plans, performance improvement plans, or disciplinary action as deemed appropriate. Conclude meetings by convening appropriate party(ies) to render investigative outcomes. Maintain documentation and ensure all investigation activities are recorded in the case tracking system (iSight). How to Apply
