Responsibilities

Utilize instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning solutions, including digital learning, vILT, microlearning, videos, and supporting documentation. Design activities and assessments that promote hands-on and experiential learning. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and translate complex topics into clear and concise materials. Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to identify learning objectives and appropriate strategies. Author, maintain, and update online courses using evaluation data to drive improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, etc.) to align training initiatives with company goals. Design and build engaging digital courses with Articulate Storyline/Rise, quizzes, interactivity, and ongoing content updates. Develop assessments to track learner progress and ensure job-readiness. Intake, act upon, and track content feedback from facilitators and learners. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and digital learning. Revise content proactively as products and internal processes evolve. Track and report work using Asana and related project tools. Contribute to advancing organizational knowledge of learning theories, facilitation, and learning technologies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as an Instructional Designer. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences. Proficiency with authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia software (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite). Experience with virtual training delivery and facilitation tools. Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts. Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Portfolio or work samples showcasing instructional design solutions and multimedia assets. A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
