Overview
Far West Cider is expanding across the Bay Area and seeking Independent Sales Representatives to grow placements in bars, restaurants, retailers, and bottle shops. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with uncapped commission and strong bonuses for new account placements. We are currently hiring across multiple Bay Area territories: Far East Bay / 680 Corridor : Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Martinez, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga North Bay : Marin (Mill Valley, San Rafael, Novato) through Petaluma, with potential to extend into Santa Rosa Far West Cider Co. is a family-owned craft cidery based in Richmond, CA, with roots in our fourth-generation certified organic orchard in San Joaquin County. We grow every apple ourselves and craft award-winning ciders such as

that showcase the fruit of our farm. Our mission is to connect people to the land, our family’s story, and to each other through exceptional cider. Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and secure new on- and off-premise accounts in assigned territory Conduct tastings, samplings, and account visits to build relationships Provide account support and encourage reorders Use our in-house CRM to track activity and share feedback from the field Compensation
Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential High-impact reward for new accounts : $100 per placement (depending on order terms) Ongoing commissions on case and keg reorders, structured in line with industry standards Additional incentives for hitting sales milestones What We’re Looking For
Existing industry contacts Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven sales or hospitality experience, ideally within beer, wine, or cider Entrepreneurial mindset: this is about building your own book of business This is a ground-floor sales role with high upside. With strong results, there is potential to expand into larger responsibilities as Far West Cider scales, but the immediate focus is driving placements and building territory wins. We are also open to sales professionals already carrying other beverage brands who want to add a high-quality cider to their portfolio. Seniority level
