High Limb Cider
Overview
Join an award-winning cider company that’s positioned for growth. We’re looking for a driven, self-starting Field Sales Rep to grow High Limb’s visibility and distribution in our home market. This role is 100% in the field — building relationships with liquor stores, bars, and restaurants. You’ll focus on securing new placements, winning draft lines, building displays, and educating both retailers and consumers on what makes High Limb unique. Key Responsibilities
Secure new points of distribution in on- and off-premise accounts Win draft lines, cooler placements, and in-store displays Build strong relationships with retail buyers, bar managers, and staff Conduct tastings and support events that drive consumer engagement Educate accounts and customers on High Limb’s story, products, and positioning Partner with distributor reps to drive execution and visibility Track weekly activity and provide feedback from the field What Success Looks Like
You consistently meet or exceed placement, volume, and visibility goals You’re a trusted partner to key accounts and distributor reps You increase trial, awareness, and repeat purchase in your territory You contribute to a culture of hustle, accountability, and brand pride You help make High Limb the cider everyone wants to carry Qualifications
1–3 years of sales, beverage, or hospitality experience preferred Passion for craft cider, adult beverages, and local brands Self-motivated and highly organized — able to manage your own schedule Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to work some evenings and weekends Seniority level
