Overview

The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key platforms — including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Amazon DSP/PPC. This role blends analytical rigor with creative strategy, driving full-funnel paid performance to maximize ROAS and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer who thrives in an environment of constant testing, iteration, and collaboration. Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon DSP/PPC and other channels, ensuring channel-specific best practices and alignment with brand goals. Define audience targeting strategies leveraging first-party data, lookalike models, and intent-based segmentation. Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve optimal efficiency and scale. Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming segments. Execute A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages, and audiences to drive conversion rate improvements. Own KPI reporting across channels, focusing on ROAS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, and CVR. Partner closely with the analytics and merchandising teams to connect ad performance to on-site behavior and product performance. Work cross-functionally with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets tailored to each channel and audience. Translate campaign insights into creative briefs that reflect what’s working — and what’s not — in-market. Maintain consistent brand messaging while tailoring creative for platform-specific engagement. Implement a structured testing roadmap across channels to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies. Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, trends, and learnings. Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis. Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon. Deep expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console/DSP. Proven track record of achieving ROAS and efficiency targets in a growth-focused environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools. Familiarity with attribution modeling, post-click tracking, and first-party data activation. Experience with e-commerce brands, particularly in retail or consumer goods, strongly preferred. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Success Looks Like
