Overview

Veterinary Anatomic Pathology Faculty (St Kitts) – in-person opportunity on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. This position is part of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM). Responsibilities

Teach pathology and histology within the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program. Provide diagnostic pathology services (autopsy and surgical biopsies) to the Ross University Veterinary Clinic. Contribute to the research output of the institution and train at least one pathology resident. Collaborate with a pathology team comprising board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologists and report to the Head of the Biomedical Sciences Department. Qualifications

DVM or equivalent degree; Board Certification (preferred) or board eligible (ACVP or ECVP) in veterinary anatomic pathology; experience teaching professional veterinary students and graduate students; PhD highly desirable. Must be willing to reside on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. Ability to develop an independent or collaborative research program aligned with RUSVM focus areas; demonstrated publication record and experience supervising postgraduate students. Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills; ability to motivate students and peers and promote collegiality and collaboration. Additional Information
