Their platform solves a critical problem for modern businesses, especially those that want to avoid the fallout felt by Salesloft/Drift, Google, Allianz, Quantas, Workday, and TransUnion who didn\'t properly protect their cloud apps. The Role

This is the company’s first-ever Growth hire -- a chance to build the digital demand engine from the ground up. You’ll own everything from paid social and ABM to inbound campaigns and analytics, designing experiments that drive measurable pipeline impact. You’ll be the architect of a modern growth motion, working directly with the VP of Marketing and executive team to define how demand generation is done. The ideal candidate blends creative instincts with analytical rigor. You’ll run growth experiments, track every step of the buyer journey, and turn insights into repeatable playbooks. You’ll also collaborate with content and design to launch creative campaigns that stand out in a crowded cybersecurity market. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences revenue. What You Bring

You have 4–6+ years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing at a high-growth cybersecurity company. You bring strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM or attribution platforms. You’ve designed and executed campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and can prove it. You’re both creative and data-driven -- comfortable brainstorming with designers, experimenting like a creator, and measuring like an analyst. You’ve built something of your own (a newsletter, blog, LinkedIn presence, or community) and can show how you grew it. You thrive in fast-paced, test–learn–iterate environments and enjoy building systems from zero to one. Responsibilities

Qualifications

4–6+ years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing at a high-growth cybersecurity company. Strong analytical skills with GA4, GTM, Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM or attribution platforms. Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that contribute to pipeline. Creative and data-driven; able to brainstorm with designers and measure outcomes. Experience building systems from zero to one and operating in a test–learn–iterate environment. Location: New York, United States Salary: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 New York, United States
