Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for patients. Accurately document patient information and nursing interventions. Requirement
