Join our emergency department as a Casualty Medical Officer and be the first point of contact for patients in critical need. This fast-paced role requires a skilled medical professional who can make quick, life-saving decisions. You will be responsible for providing immediate medical attention to patients, managing emergency cases, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in the casualty department. Expertly handle Medico-Legal Cases (MLCs) with proper documentation. Manage shifts effectively to ensure 24/7 medical coverage. Coordinate with specialists and other departments for patient referrals and continued care. Lead the emergency response team during critical situations. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth hospital operations during your shift. Requirement
MBBS, MD, or a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Healthcare or Hospital Administration. Experience in handling MLCs, shift management, and hospital operations. Strong clinical diagnostic and team coordination skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. BLS and ACLS certifications are highly desirable.
