Parts & Service Business Center Lead - Midwest Business Center (Chicago) The Parts & Service Business Center Lead is responsible for leading and optimizing the service and parts operations within the Stellantis CJDRF dealer network. This includes revenue generation through Mopar & private label parts, accessory sales and a strategic focus on the customer experience to drive increased loyalty and retention. Responsibilities

Ownership of overall retail/wholesale parts sales, service, service quality, warranty, service contracts and customer experience. Identify, assess regional market needs and opportunities. Develop and implement a strategy to increase parts sales and customer loyalty. Work closely with peers and leadership team of both Sales and Network to ensure alignment, perception and reality of unified front, exceptional support. Challenge status-quo, discover and champion best practice benchmarking, process improvement. People Leadership

Lead independent entrepreneurs to achieve higher levels of performance. Lead and mentor the field team to realize their potential professionally, deliver breakthrough results. Build team through strong collaboration, mentorship, trust and mutual respect. Develop and raise the technical expertise and competency in both the dealership and field. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology or related field. 10+ years' experience of increasing responsibility in automotive sales. Supervisory experience. Proven track record of achieving breakthrough sales results. Experience managing large team, holding them accountable & delivering tough messages. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Willingness to relocate. Willingness to travel 50%. Preferred Qualifications
