$40.00/yr - $45.00/yr Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is actively seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team immediately. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days onsite in Manhattan, New York, and two days remote. The Contract Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support the firm’s growth and strategic objectives.
Job Function
Manage full-cycle recruitment for 20-40 positions across 10+ hiring managers. Source, screen, and present candidates for Tech and Data roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates. Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate interview scheduling.
Job Requirements
2-10 years of recruiting experience. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. Prior experience working at a recruiting agency is preferred.
