Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Our client is seeking a Retail Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to recruit for a well-established and dynamic retail organization with a beautiful office and a collaborative team culture. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and the chance to make an immediate impact by driving high-volume hiring and supporting key talent initiatives.
Job Function
Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles across multiple departments and regions within North America.
Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, technical requirements, and organizational goals.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, ensuring strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency, time-to-hire, and quality of hire by leveraging data and best practices.
Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels.
Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, candidate experience, and local talent attraction campaigns.
Contribute to special projects and administrative initiatives focused on enhancing recruitment operations, onboarding, and process optimization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required.
2-3+ years of corporate recruitment experience coming from Retail, Fashion or related industry.
ATS Experience required, Successfactors preferred.
MS Office experience required.
