Amazon Brand Manager – Luminize
Location:
San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)
Compensation Range:
$36–$52/hr ($75,000–$110,000 DOE)
Luminize helps top Amazon sellers win. We’re seeking a results‑driven Brand Manager to own a dynamic portfolio of Amazon accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead assigned Amazon client accounts
across multiple product categories
Analyze performance data , conduct in‑depth audits, and develop strategic roadmaps
Manage cross‑functional teams
to execute brand and advertising initiatives
Present key performance metrics
and growth strategies in monthly/quarterly reports
Build lasting client relationships , respond to needs quickly, and deliver solutions
Own one department specialty
as a Subject Matter Expert and guide team knowledge
What You Bring
2+ years in brand/account management
(Amazon agency experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of
Amazon Seller Central
and
Vendor Central
A data‑driven mindset
and experience building strategies from insights
Proficiency in
Google Sheets, Excel, and Amazon analytics tools
Experience navigating high‑stakes decisions and managing multiple priorities
