Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in entering the field of HR. This is a large HR department with opportunities for growth. The individual in this key position will be responsible for onboarding assistance, compliance with state, federal, and Agency policy and procedures. Responsibilities
Provide high impact customer service to existing and incoming employees Create new employee files including but not limited to; uploading, scanning and data entry Provide support to the HR Business Partner team by maintaining current employee files Provide assistance and support to the HR Onboarding Representatives, HR Office Coordinator and the HR Department as a whole on special projects Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with state, federal and Agency policies and procedures by assisting with the employee file creation as well as maintenance. Assist with compliance projects as needed Qualifications
Three (3) to five (5) years Customer Service experience strongly preferred Computer proficiency, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation
$21-26 hourly Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm. How to Apply
