Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI, education technology, and building engaged online communities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in AI/tech industry
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
Develop and maintain social media editorial calendars
Create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in technology or B2C sectors
Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI, machine learning, or educational technology sectors
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
Understanding of community management and online reputation management
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies
