Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Industrial Manufacturing Solution team, covering manufacturing, ag/bio-process, and food/beverage industries. Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff supporting project detailed design. Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations. Lead the design of facility power distribution (Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control, Electrical Room Layout) and process electrical distribution (power and control wiring from control panel to equipment and field devices) in manufacturing/industrial environments. Support business development, including proposal scope approach and estimating related to enhanced Electrical services. Build relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers; coordinate with local electrical utilities on project technical needs. Coordinate with supplier submittals and act as liaison between design team, client, and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design. Oversee startup and testing of major electrical equipment; participate in construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues. Engage in continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: PE License, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline; ability to lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing; experience in business development, including scope-of-work and site visits to understand pursuit scope; strong leadership skills with a focus on training and developing early career professionals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program; minimum 5 years related work experience; ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search) as required by law.
